Tobias Hysen's agent has dampened speculation that the young midfielder could be on his way to Roma. Hysen had been tipped by the Italian press to make a move to the capital, although Jonas Svensson says that it is all news to him.

"No, I have not actually heard anything from Roma," he revealed. "If anything was going to happen in the near future then I think I would have done."

Hysen expressed his desire to move to a foreign club in January, and these latest developments will be well received in Glasgow where Alex McLeish is known to be a keen admirer of the 23-year-old. Source - Sky Sports
