RANGERS are said to be weighing up a £750,000 move for FC Thun left back Jose Goncalves.
The 20-year-old defender has been a Champions League regular this season with the Swiss minnows.
He was on trial at Everton last week, and has now been offered to Rangers.
FC Thun president Kurt Weder said: "I don't want to make any comment at this stage about Jose and Rangers."
Ibrox boss Alex McLeish has explored a variety of options to fill the troublesome left back slot this season. Olivier Bernard, Ian Murray and Steven Smith have all being tried there. Source - Evening Times

RANGERS are considering a £750,000 bid for the FC Thun left-back, José Gonçalves.
The 20-year-old spent a week on trial at Everton last week and Goodison manager David Moyes admitted he was interested. Now Alex McLeish has acted quickly and moved to the front of the queue to sign the left-back from this season's surprise Champions League qualifiers.

The FC Thun president, Kurt Weder, last night would say only: "I don't want to make any comment at this stage about José and Rangers at this stage." Source - The Herald
