Rangers to bring in Fowler and Kyrgiakos

Robbie FowlerRangers are set to bring in Man City 's Robbie Fowler and a shock return of Greek Defender Kyrgiakos. After Rangers 3-0 home defeat it has been leaked that Rangers will strengthen the team not only for the UEFA Champions League but also for the SPL as Rangers struggle at this time.

Kyrgiakos played a massive part in bringing home the title last year and Rangers spent the whole summer looking to sign the big Greek defender but both parties couldn't agree on a fee. It now looks that Kyrgiakos has lowered his wage demand which falls into Rangers target and will now bring him back where he was only a few months.

Robbie Fowler has fallen out of favour at Man City with the arrival of Andy Cole and Darius Vassell and with an injury it has stopped him from making an appearance for the sky blues. The Rangers fan has already played in a Rangers shirt at Ibrox stadium when he took part in Alan McLaren's testimonial against Middlesbrough in 1999.
